Fantastic app. So convenient to send fund overseas at fantastic speed. One can expect the transaction be completed on the same day itself(of course, this depends on time of sending, working or holiday etc). But if it is done during early hour of working day, the receipent should expect to receive the fund before end of day. Most importantly, the exchange rate is very competitive and its service charge is super low. Sometimes one will even get zero service fee during promotional period. Superb.

This is the first time I used Money Match to transfer money to Singapore for kid's education fee. I have monitor and compare the rate for few brokers for past 1 week and MM always top the list with lowest conversion rate. I am not sure why many said the transfer is a bit delay (2-3 days), but my experience is, I made the transferred at around 9:30am and my kid received it before 12:00pm (my kid checked account balance at 12pm, so it could be much earlier). The <2.5hrs delay is very acceptable.

Hands down the absolute worst money transfer service out there. Slow, expensive, ZERO customer service. They keep throwing 'compliance' at you and don't allow you to do ANYTHING without uploading documents over and over again. Limits are ridiculous. BigPay is much much better. Do not use this service, and if you have it, close your account and uninstall immediately. Useless. My point proven - reply comes 3 months after the review. SHAMELESS COMPANY!
